How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Summer and holiday weekends fill up fast — the earlier the better!
Is a deposit required to reserve my date?
Yes, a 25% deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
What if it rains on the day of my party?
No problem! The trailer is fully enclosed and climate-controlled, so rain or shine the party goes on. We can park in your driveway, a parking lot, or any flat surface.
How much space does the trailer need?
The trailer is approximately 28 feet long and requires a standard driveway or parking space. We'll confirm logistics when you book.
What ages is this best suited for?
Our parties are perfect for kids ages 6–17. We carry age-appropriate game titles for all ages and our game hosts are trained to keep every age group engaged.
Are there any travel fees?
All packages include free travel within the first 10 miles. A fuel surcharge applies for locations beyond 10 miles — we'll calculate the exact amount and include it in your quote before you commit to anything.
Do you offer discounts for military or first responders?
Absolutely — we proudly offer a 10% discount to all active duty military, veterans, police officers, firefighters, and EMTs. Just mention your service when requesting a quote and we'll apply the discount to your booking.
